If significant changes are made to the security and safety plan you will need to re attend an rso course. Membership fees are non refundable upon payment. But if you re planning on shooting often we d recommend signing up for a membership. And if you decide on your first visit that you want to become a member that same day we ll simply apply your quick shot payment to your membership fee.
